Comfortable bed, huge room, nice facilities. Excellent service from the excellent, affable staff members. Location so close to Malioboro mall and the center of malioboro street and main attraction.

The place was clean with helpful and very professional staff members. I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast. A private safe, a mini bar, and an iron/ironing board were available in the room. The location was strategic, at a short distance from St Paul's Church. A mall and convenience stores were right next door. The free parking was on-site, exceptional service.

Comfortable beds with friendly and helpful staff.
I encountered several issues that left me feeling disappointed. The breakfast offered was quite limited. It mostly consisted of local foods, and the Western options were lacking variety. The road closures at night made it difficult to return to the hotel, especially when I was tired from exploring the city.
